Television and movie star married couple Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof have listed their double-gated estate in the Brentwood Park neighborhood of Los Angeles for $8.795 million.

The Hollywood power couple only bought the house a year ago for $7.890 million and gave the 1930s-built New England traditional style a full remodel before placing it back on the market.

Measuring in at 5,864 square feet, the two-story house holds three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and boasts a white clapboard exterior accented by black shutters. The property also includes a 1,000-square-foot guesthouse next to the pool.

Inside the large home is a mix of modern and original influences, with pale blonde hardwood floors and a number of French doors. The kitchen has been redone and includes a mix of white and gray slab marble countertops, a white subway tile backsplash, and mint green appliances.

The home also includes a private office/den with its own fireplace and floor-to-ceiling built-in shelving, a family room with speakers in the ceiling, a living room, a family/media room, and both formal and informal dining rooms.

The Hannigan-Denisofs co-starred on the popular 90s TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” with the former recently ending her longtime role as the quirky Lilly Aldrin/Erickson on the hit show “How I Met Your Mother” and the latter currently known for his role on the family show “Finding Carter.” The couple still owns a 4,186-square-foot cottage-style home near Santa Monica that they are currently offering for rent for $17,500 a month.
