Emilio Estevez has finally found a buyer for his home and micro-vineyard property on Pointe Dume in Malibu after the estate bounced off and on the market with a wide range of prices for the past three years.
The “Mighty Ducks” star snatched up the 1.1-acre space for $2.2 million back in the early 2000s. Residents are greeted by a gated and long winding brick-paved road slashing through tall standing rows of grapevines before passing a guesthouse and landing in the courtyard of a hacienda-style main house.
Built in 1999, the main home measures in at over 3,700 square feet and holds four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home features a certain old-world vibe while only being built less than two decades ago.
Besides the vines and luxe exterior accents, there is a swimming pool, a spa, a large fire pit outfitted with colorful tiles, and a red-brick terrace with a trellis-covered dining area outside. There is also a small fruit orchard in the backyard of the estate.
Estevez and his wife, Sonja Magdevski, grew Pinot Noir grapes on the property that they used in their super-limited run wine dubbed Casa Dumetz.
