Recently split celebrity pair Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have offloaded their New Orleans home located in the French Quarter for $4.9 million.

The former Hollywood power couple purchased the property for $3.5 million in 2007 shortly after Hurricane Katrina struck the historic city. Pitt created the Make It Right Foundation after the devastating hurricane hit with the purpose of developing new housing in the Lower 9th Ward neighborhood of New Orleans.

The lucky new owner of the home will get to enjoy the 7,645-square-foot, three-story, 1830s-era mansion that holds five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two extra half baths.

Jolie and Pitt are set to also list their massive estate dubbed Chateau Miraval in the South of France. The Jolie-Pitts purchased the 1,200-acre property for $60 million in 2012 after leasing it for four years.

The vineyard and winery that are part of Chateau Miraval are known for producing a highly rated rosé wine. The current label on the wine bottles says “Jolie-Pitt” but the next run will feature a new label that has no names written on it.

Lawyers are working to come up with both a financial and custody agreement for the six children Jolie and Pitt share.
