English actor Tom Felton, famous for his role as the anti-hero Draco Malfoy in the popular “Harry Potter” movie franchise, has listed his Los Angeles area home in Nichols Canyon for $1.449 million.
Felton scooped up the 1920’s-built bungalow only two years ago for $1.15 million, but it looks like the fair-haired heartthrob is already ready to move on from the property.
The home measures in at 1,732 square feet and sits behind high foliage for privacy. The main house also has a pair of bathrooms and a built-in bookshelf-lined den that could serve as a third bedroom if needed.
Other features include butcher block counter tops in the kitchen, peg-and-groove hardwood flooring, and a large master suite that comes with a remodeled bathroom with a two-person soaking tub surrounded by a marble platform.
The home also boasts a recently landscaped backyard that features a brick-ringed pool, an outdoor shower, and a trellis-covered dining terrace, in addition to a modest guesthouse.
Felton has played parts in a handful of TV shows, such as “Murder in the First” and “The Flash,” since coming to fame in the “Harry Potter” films. He also has a leading role in the upcoming bio-drama “Megan Leavey” starring alongside Kate Mara.
