Producer Burt Sugarman and his wife, TV personality Mary Hart, have listed another condo in the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live for $8.8 million, making it the second unit the Hollywood couple is looking to unload in the building recently.

Sugarman and Hart purchased the space in the L.A. building for $3.8 million only three years ago. The unit in question features a plethora of flat screen TVs in the media room, wide-plank oak floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows completely wrapping around the pad boasting sweeping views of the Los Angeles skyline all the way to the ocean.

Overall, there are 4,170 square feet of mostly open living space that include a massive dining/living room area, an office, a well-appointed chef’s kitchen, and a total of three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The sale also comes with two covered parking spaces in the specified garage for the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A.

Hart, the former “Entertainment Tonight” host, and her hubby got $6.7 million for the aforementioned and slightly smaller unit in the building this past March. The couple has jumped ship in favor of the Sierra Towers in West Hollywood where they recently snatched up two units for a total of $12.65 million dollars.
