Fashion designer Alexander Wang has just unloaded his one-bedroom loft, collecting his $3.5-million asking price.

The contemporary loft located on Worth Street in Tribeca was originally listed for $3.75 million this past May, six years after Wang purchased the 2,550-square-foot living space for $2 million.

When the American designer bought the property, he gave it an extensive remodel and redecoration that definitely appeals to his own rugged, yet elegant aesthetic.

Some of the features in Wang’s new home include ebony-stained hardwood floors, 12-foot-tall ceilings with oversized mullion windows accompanied by electronic blinds, and reworked and original tin ceilings.

The lucky new owner is unknown.
