Actor Steven Yeun and his photographer fiancée Joana Pak recently dropped $2.3 million for a new home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The “Walking Dead” star’s new digs measure in at 3,324 square feet and were remodeled right before he and his wife purchased the now contemporary residence.
Some of the new features of Yeun’s new home include a white Caesarstone Island in the open kitchen, fresh landscaping, and contemporary accents throughout.
The house holds four bedrooms and also comes with wide-plank hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and a traditional dining room that is situated next to a bespoke wet bar.
Before the changes, the 1970s-built listing sold for $1.23 million. Yeun was able to get around $200,000 off of the asking price of $2.48 million when he scooped up the property.
Hopefully, Yeun, who portrays Glenn Rhee on AMC’s hit series about the zombie apocalypse, doesn’t have to fend off any “walkers” in his new home for a long time.
