Singer Gwen Stefani and Bush lead singer Gavin Rossdale completed their highly contentious divorce back in April, but they’re just getting around to selling the home they shared in Beverly Hills. The 11,845-square-foot home has been listed for $35 million and comes with six bedrooms, all of which come with their own bathroom.
Located in the Summit development, an exclusive guard-gated community near Studio City, Rossdale and Stefani’s former home is reached by a hedge-lined drive, opening to a black and white marble foyer with a bubbly light fixture. Cathedral ceilings in the living room are joined by a sectioned glass wall, offering mountain and forest views.
A dark stone two-way fireplace separates the living room from the wallpapered dining area, and who could forget the horizontally striped kitchen and breakfast nook? Marble and stainless steel poke out from the striped cabinets, and the dramatic patterns don’t end there. A chandeliered living room with open views of the home’s tennis court comes with red-and-white abstractly patterned curtains.
Other rooms in the home include a pair of home offices, a fitness center and a top-of-the-line media screening room. Loggias line the back of the house, with an easy indoor/outdoor transition from many of the home’s rooms, and an infinity edge pool, a grilling station and the aforementioned tennis court make the yard the perfect place for entertaining.
