“Weeds” writer and executive producer Matt Salsberg offloaded his white-picket-fence enclosed Valley Village, California, home near Los Angeles for $1.485 million.
Salsberg dropped $1.149 million on the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house in 2010. Actor Neil Patrick Harris of “Doogie Howser, MD” and “How I Met Your Mother” fame was also a former celebrity owner of the picturesque 2,000 square foot property.
The Hollywood creator’s former home boasts a contemporary eat-in kitchen, a living room with rolled ceilings, and a formal dining room. Outside, there are mature palm trees above the brick patio, a swimming pool, a spa, and a pool house with a fireplace and high ceilings.
Salsberg has TV credits that also include “The War at Home,” “Entourage,” and “Big Wolf on Campus” on top of his work during all 8 seasons of “Weeds.” He also is a professional poker player, taking the grand prize at the World Poker Tour Grand Prix de Paris back in 2012.
