The Jenner-Kardashian takeover keeps on coming with news of Kylie Jenner’s purchase of a $12 million 12-bedroom home in Hidden Hills. That’s her third Hidden Hills purchase this year, after the socialite picked up a $6 million home in May and another $5 million spread on the same street back in August.
At the ripe age of 19, Jenner has become something of a real estate vet, churning several homes over the last two years.
Her newest, a 13,200-square-foot Cape Cod-style mansion on 1.42 acres bounded by the quintessential white picket fence. White wood continues indoors, with tray and plank ceilings that give the home a fresh, airy vibe. Spacious open floor plans offer a range of possibilities, such as a living room split into two formal seating spaces or a formal dining room with a window-view sitting area.
A pair of islands cut the kitchen into two galley-proportioned working spaces and a breakfast bar, and marble fronts impart a luxurious look to the home’s multiple fireplaces, while the living room’s sliding glass walls make transitioning from the indoor to the outdoor living areas a breeze. Wood-framed French doors in the dining room lead to the backyard’s antiquarian fountain, past which you can find the private pool and a single bedroom guest house.
Other spaces of note include a home theater, a fitness room, a spa, a wet bar and a game room. All this and Jenner’s barely gotten started.
