After listing her 20-acre “Tower Hill” property in Bridgehampton in the summer, Christie Brinkley is now doubling down on the Hamptons sales by listing her 1840s-built home on Sag Harbor for $25 million last week.

The colonial-style three-story sits on 4.5 wooded acres with harbor access and is distinguished by its stately columned façade, hardwood floors, crossed beam ceilings, wide-plank hardwood flooring and multiple fireplaces.

Soapstone and marble adorn finishes turn up the luxury factor on the country kitchen—complete with vintage restaurant sign—while a brick fireplace fronts an adjacent sitting area. In the formal dining room, seating for 12 and nautical themed light fixtures give a ship’s galley vibe.
