Tim Allen, forever Tim “The Tool Man” Taylor from the famed 1990s show “Home Improvement” as well as the voice of Buzz Lightyear in the “Toy Story” franchise, has sold his Hollywood Hills, California, house for $1.755 million.

The 1963-built, ranch-style house features a spacious floor plan with a family room, formal living room, and chef’s kitchen that each blend into each other making for a roomy, open floor plan. In true “Tool Time” fashion, the upgraded home boasts a stone fireplace, rock accents, and Vermont pine flooring.

Measuring in at 2,604 square feet, Allen’s former home holds three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a grand master suite with a spa and steam shower.

Situated on about one-third-of-an-acre, the exterior of the property features a bevy of pine trees, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor shower.

Allen had purchased the Hollywood Hills getaway for $1.4 million only two years ago. He is currently starring in the leading role on the ABC sitcom “Last Man Standing,” which is in its sixth season.
