In an intra-channel collaboration for the ages, Million Dollar Listing New York star Fredrik Eklund has been enlisted to sell Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel’s Tribeca apartment. The 3,600-square-foot loft-style apartment comes with an ample open plan living/dining room with polished hardwood floors, a sleek polyresin kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a $7 million price tag.
Frankel, who recently completed a four-year divorce, first purchased the home with now-ex Jason Hoppy for $5 million about five years ago. Hoppy had been staying in the house until the divorce was finalized.
A long hall empties out into the columned grand room, with the adjacent kitchen featuring bar seating for three at the window-abutting island as well as a separate dining nook. A jack-and-jill bathroom sits between the two guest rooms, while the master suite includes a large walk-in closet with desk space and patterned wallpaper. One of the guest rooms will need a paint job to cover up a dour entrepreneurial slogan, but is otherwise well situated with ceiling height windows, while the other room has a perfectly acceptable wallpaper for a Valley of the Dolls remake.
In addition to her time on Real Housewives, Frankel has a successful wine company, Skinny Girl, and recently concluded a not-so-successful Sirius XM radio career. She also owns a loft in Soho she purchased for $4.2 million back in 2014.
