Fashion model and actress Erin Heatherton—known in some circles for her time dating Leonardo DiCaprio and in others as a Victoria’s Secret and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition model—is seeking a buyer for her West Village condo this week. The 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom co-op will cost the lucky buyer a cool $2.85 million if Heatherton has her way.

Heatherton, who purchased the home in 2012 for $1.7 million reportedly had some trouble with the condo board, receiving seven written noise warnings from August of last year to this past June. In February, the board’s lawyers sent her a formal cease and desist, so it’s safe to say they’ll be hoping for a more subdued owner this time around.

Exposed beams in the living room mirror a stacked beam column rising from the adjacent kitchen’s striped island and a soffit ceiling that extends from the kitchen through the main entry. Combined with dark hardwood floors, they offer a rustic but lavish look that goes terrifically with custom built-in shelves in the master and guest bedrooms. The ceiling-height window in the master bed ensures plenty of light, while a railed blackout curtain offers an option for the late sleeper.
