Billionaire Elaine Wynn, the co-founder—along with billionaire ex-husband Steve Wynn—of Mirage Resorts and Wynn Resorts has settled into life as a full-on philanthropist of late, becoming a co-chair of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and pledging a $50 million donation toward the construction of a permanent collection building.

If things go her way, she’ll make up about half that with the sale of her Sun Valley, Idaho lodge. Wynn recently listed the two-story house—and its accompanying 12 acres—that she and her ex-husband had custom-built for them on the Bigwood River.

With four bedrooms and six baths spread over 15,000 square feet, potential buyers will have to be careful not to get lost on their viewing tours. Some standout features include a soaring stone fireplace in the great room, exposed timber beams gussied up with more formally polished wood paneling and custom finishes and a formal dining room with a lovely oval tray insert above the chandelier.

There’s also a gorgeously appointed chef’s kitchen with bar seating and an office nook, a theater, a wet bar-equipped lounge, a library, a home gym and massage room and a master suite with not one but two fireplaces.

A number of outdoor gathering areas include a pavilion, a fire pit and a pool and the mountain-view property includes ample rolling lawns and acres of forest.
