Terry Fator, the comedian, impressionist and ventriloquist who took home the prize in season two of NBC’s America’s Got Talent recently got another prize in the form of $1.775 million. In exchange, Fator traded a two-acre property with a 7,515-square-foot mansion on top.
The Las Vegas property sits just down the street from the former estate of Vegas heavyweight Wayne Newton and includes a gated front entry, a three-car garage, a majestic swimming pool and spa, a putting green, a built-in barbecue and a lush lawn lit by rope lights strung up between mature palm trees.
Inside the home, you’ll find immaculate white finishes, with a barrel ceiling and an opulent fireplace in the step-down living area offset by stone columns, granite counters and a multi-tiered tray ceiling in the center-islanded kitchen, a den/office and a media room. A curving granite-topped bar is backed by mirrored built-in shelves and the formal dining room sports a ceiling mirror.
The master suite includes a sitting area, another ceiling mirror and a series of neon pink-lit glass tile risers on the steps leading to the soaking tub. In all, the house holds four bedrooms and five bathrooms, in addition to the 1,200-square-foot guest house.
Fator purchased the home furnished from billionaire Casino owner Phil Ruffin for $1.481 million back in 2012.
