Fashion tour de force Charles Park is dabbling in a new arena, speculative development, recently listing a $43.9 million Beverly Hills, California house that he personally designed.

Park teamed up with Samuel and Paul Oh and architect Magdalena Glen-Schieneman to build the 14,100-square-foot contemporary manse that holds 7 bedrooms,11 bathrooms, and an elevator.

Some of the fine-tuned features Park worked into the designer Beverly Hills home include a 6-foot Mooi chandelier, a duo of floating staircases, and over $1 million in fixtures from the likes of B&B Italia, Minotti, and Gandia Blasco. An original Andy Warhol painting also adorns the front entry.

For $43.9 million, the buyer will also enjoy a home theater system boasting a Sony 4K projector setup and tiered seating and a 600-bottle wine cellar that is opened via a thumbprint recognition system.

Outside, there is a dining terrace overlooking a 50-foot zero-edge swimming pool, a sunken fire pit, a bevy of patios, and hedge-lined lawns for the ultimate outdoor lounge space.

Park has designed for labels such as Pure Sugar and Jonesy.
