Hollywood director Tom Verica has listed his Studio City, California, home outside of Los Angeles for just shy of $2.3 million. The actor/director/producer purchased the property back in 2003 for $1.14 million.
Measuring in at 3,100 square feet, the Spanish-style house sits behind a privacy fence with a carved wood door, a lengthy exterior staircase and a bridge that leads to a stone terrace in the front of the home.
Inside the four-bedroom, three-bathroom hacienda is a massive dining/living room boasting hardwood floors, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and an exposed-beam ceiling.
The living space leads to an eat-in kitchen with a walk-in pantry, beige granite countertops, hand-finished cabinets, and top-of-the-line appliances. There is also a family room with a built-in entertainment setup where the exposed beams continue to wow.
The backyard offers a crystal blue swimming pool, a built-in barbecue in the patio area, and a bevy of kumquat, orange, and peach trees.
Verica, 52, is currently the head director and an executive producer for ABC’s hit drama “Scandal,” and he also has a recurring role on the show “How to Get Away with Murder.”
