Famous Mercedes tuner Brabus has taken the iconic German brand’s GLS 63 and injected its own style to make a more powerful edition of the SUV dubbed the Brabus 850 XL.

Brabus has a penchant for adding more power to Mercedes’ vehicles, and with the upgraded GLS 63, this is truly the priority of the German tuner. Under the hood is a 6.0-liter, twin turbo 8-cylinder engine that makes 850 horsepower and 1069 pound-feet of torque.

The extra power allows the 850 XL to zoom from zero-to-62 mph in just 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph.

Brabus equipped the 850 XL with its Monoblock wheels and a carbon finish to achieve a black-on-black look. The special GLS 63 was also lowered by 30 mm to create a sleeker and sportier stance.

Inside, the tuner gave the SUV Mastik and Alcantara leather, in addition to wood and carbon inlays, to create a feeling of lavish luxury.

Interested parties should contact Brabus for pricing details.
