Chris Evert may be $6 million richer soon. The former World No. 1 women’s tennis player whose 89.96 winning percentage still stands as the highest among both men and women in the Open Era recently listed her gated Florida property for $5.995 million.

Located past a circular brick drive in the Horseshoe Acres community of Boca Raton, the 12,300-square-foot Spanish-style compound sits on over five acres of lush lawns and includes two guest houses as well as a nine-car garage.
