Two-time Emmy-winning actor Eric Stonestreet has just listed his Los Angeles-area home for $1.099 million.

The “Modern Family” star’s bungalow is set in the charming Studio City neighborhood of Silver Triangle, but Stonestreet doesn’t actually reside in the ranch-style home that he acquired for $750,000 back in May of 2008. He’s been renting it for the past several years, and,with its white brick accents, diamond-paned windows, and glossy wood floors, it must have been popular with its tenants.

Additional amenities include a galley kitchen that’s often flooded with sunlight, a street-facing living room complete with a fireplace, a charming breakfast room, and a French door leading out back.

The backyard sports a tree-covered terrace, a petite L-shaped deck, and a detached two-car garage.
