Mini Cooper has revealed the specs for its John Cooper Works Clubman model, which comes with 39 more horsepower than the Clubman S in addition to several JCW extras.
The BMW-owned British brand gave the JCW Clubman the same 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine as the Mini Cooper Clubman S, but the special edition received tweaks to offer a total of 231 hp and 258 pound-feet of torque. This means the John Cooper Works Clubman makes the zero-to-60 mph sprint in 6.3 seconds.
The JCW Clubman comes with Mini’s BMW-sourced ALL4 all-wheel drive system that has been slightly modified for the specific model, Brembo Sport Brakes, a sports exhaust setup, and 18-inch John Cooper Works Black Grip Spoke wheels.
Seating five, the JCW Clubman’s interior is equipped with Black Carbon sports seats covered with Dinamica fabric, a leather steering wheel, and a standard 6.5-inch screen for its infotainment system that offers Bluetooth, USB connectivity, and access to optional Mini Connected Apps like navigation and music streaming.
Mini has yet to release the pricing for the John Cooper Works Clubman.
