Meet ‘Elysium,’ the $26K Chair That Neutralizes Gravity

Dr. David Wicket embarked on 10 grueling years of research in bioengineering and forward-thinking design and then teamed up with DavidHugh Ltd. to create a supremely luxurious chair dubbed Elysium.

The chair is supremely high-tech and can control body positions with a simple flutter of the hands, even offering the option to simulate weightlessness.

With both firm and soft foams making up the cushioning, there is a blend of perfect balance and pressure control created for the user in the various positions achievable from the chair, and stitched leather adds to the pleasure, providing supple comfort.

Elysium allows its owner to achieve improved blood circulation, support spine and back muscles, and relieve heart pressure all at once thanks to a patented frictionless technology that finds the path for one’s gravity center.

DavidHugh has announced a limited launch of only 20 Elysium chairs, with each sporting a $26,000 price tag.
