The sales just keep on coming from the Leonardo DiCaprio camp. After listing a beautiful beachfront home in Malibu, the Oscar-winning star of The Revenant has listed another home, this one a bit more modest but no less flawlessly appointed. The Studio City ranch is listed for $2.395 million—not even so much higher than the $2.05 million Leo paid for it back in 2014.
The 3,407-square-foot house’s interiors are a breezy take on its 1930s origins, with a lightly vaulted living room with robin’s egg walls and a white-mantled fireplace. Bamboo flooring carries over to the dining area, and, in the kitchen, is arranged in a herringbone pattern. With multiple seating areas, beamed ceilings and plenty of windows, it’s clear that the kitchen is meant to be a living area of its own.
Another fireplace can be found in the family room, which features multiple seating areas and a lengthy array of French doors looking out onto the swimming pool-equipped backyard. There’s also a pergola and a fairly ample lawn on the property’s three-quarters of an acre.
DiCaprio bought the home from his cousin Robert Hrtica, who reportedly paid $1.585 million for it in 2004, right around the time that DiCaprio was starring in The Aviator.
