“Law & Order” actress Tamara Tunie has just put her Manhattan townhouse on the market for $3.75 million.

She and musician Gregory Generet bought the 1896-built Hamilton Heights home way back in 1993 for a mere $225,000.

The 18-foot-wide home was designed by architect William Storm, and it sports plenty of unique and original details throughout its four bedrooms and various shared living spaces.

While certainly filled with historic charm, it also boasts modern amenities like a decked-out kitchen with high-tech appliances and granite countertops, as well as a quaint glass sunroom/porch for an indoor/outdoor dining option.

Last but not least, the new owners will surely also enjoy the 700 square feet of outside deck space.
