Actress Haylie Duff has just listed her Studio City contemporary home for $2.195 million.

Just 18 months after purchasing the Los Angeles-area house, the celebrity food blogger and sister of former Disney star Hilary Duff is hoping to earn much more than she paid for the property after completing a thorough flip.

The two-story residence stretches to 3,150 square feet and has undergone quite the remodel with an impressive chef’s kitchen complete with Waterston fixtures, a farmhouse sink, and marble countertops. It makes sense that the foodie paid special attention to the kitchen since she hosts her own culinary show on the Cooking Channel, “Hailey’s America.”

Duff’s Footbridge Square house holds three bedrooms and sports luxe amenities like a farmhouse aesthetic inside, Viking appliances, a custom outdoor barbecue island, and a pool.

Duff and fiancé Matt Rosenberg purchased the home for $1.3 million in February of 2015.
