Startup American drone brand xCraft won the masses over with their PhoneDrone, which debuted on the TV show “Shark Tank,” and now the brand has introduced the beta version of its next creation, the “Rogue” model.
As one of the fastest drones available, the Rogue is sure to impress drone racers everywhere with its rear “booster” motor that can propel the quadcopter to speeds of 100 mph. Users can engage the extra boost simply by flipping a switch.
xCraft’s Rogue Beta Drone is crafted to pique the interest of both casual drone builders and experienced racers. To do this, they’re offering different beta packages with the basic frame option starting at $100, the mid-grade, ready-to-fly drone available at $700, and the “Noob” package complete with bells and whistles for $1,000.
Buyers can expect the Rogue to feature a carbon-fiber shell with 3-mm thick arms, and the ready-for-air package comes complete with a 1,300 mAh battery, a 5.8 GHz RHCP antenna with a 200 mW transmitter, and a RunCam Swift camera.
