Fashion entrepreneur and retailer Charlie Chanaratsopon has picked up new digs in Bel-Air to add to his collection, paying $3.13 million.

The Charming Charlie founder and chief executive’s new multi-level house was built in 1966 and recently underwent a remodel. It is situated on three-quarters of an acre and boasts spectacular reservoir, mountain, and city views.

Measuring in at almost 3,300 square feet, the home is broken up into formal living and dining rooms that share a two-sided fireplace, a contemporary kitchen with Miele appliances, four bedrooms, and five bathrooms.

The house was first listed last year for $3.795 million before dropping to $3.26 million before Chanaratsopon snatched it up.

Chanaratsopon’s Charming Charlie stores were founded back in 2004, and now the Houston-based company spans over 250 stores nationwide. Forbes has dubbed him one of the richest entrepreneurs under 40 with an estimated net worth of $425 million.
