Two-time Cy Young Award-winner Tim Lincecum has finally offloaded his home in Paradise Valley, Arizona, picking up $3 million in the sale.
The contemporary house is situated on three acres and boasts features like a lagoon-like swimming pool with a pair of waterfalls and a hot tub, a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and a gymnasium that comes with a retractable batting cage.
Four bedrooms and five full bathrooms are spread out across the 11,000-square-foot house, which also comes with an elevator. Inside, there is a grand living room with a floating fireplace, a wine room, a chef’s kitchen, and a tier-seated home theater complemented by a wet bar.
Lincecum originally purchased the home a little over four years ago from former Pittsburgh Pirates player Kevin Young, paying the first baseman $3.4 million.
Lincecum is currently a member of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization after spending the first nine years of his career with the San Francisco Giants. While with the Giants, he was a four-time All-Star and three-time World Series Champion.
