Former pro-football player Nick Barnett is hoping to earn $2.5 million for his recently listed California estate.
The linebacker, who won a Super Bowl with the Packers in 2011, purchased his Carlsbad home for $1.9 million about two years ago, and since it’s set at the end of its own cul-de-sac with plenty of luxe amenities, it shouldn’t be on the market long.
Barnett’s gated two-story home is quite luxurious with a private motor court, a swimming pool and spa, and a gazebo, all set on more than half an acre. Even better, the property boasts incredible views spanning from La Costa Golf Course to the ocean.
The home itself is beautiful too, with patterned wallpaper, distressed wood floors, and a luxe chef’s kitchen with a polished concrete island. A breakfast area with a mirrored ceiling, an office/den area, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and formal living and dining rooms add to the home’s appeal.
Those features are also complemented by an expansive six-car garage that’s perfect for another automobile lover.
