Three-time Emmy-nominated director Michael Engler has just listed his West Chelsea penthouse for $4.995 million.

Located at 263 Ninth Avenue, the New York City home stretches to 2,250 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Engler, who is married to Stribling broker Steven Sumser, purchased the unit for $2.545 million back in 2006. Sumser is acting as the listing agent of the unit.
