Panacea Entertainment executive Eric Gardner has just listed his $2.5 million California home.
Located in the Santa Rosa Valley near Thousand Oaks, Gardner acquired the home for $1.1 million back in 2000. Gated and set on two acres, it’s semi-rural but certainly luxurious thanks to an 8,200-square-foot manse.
Complete with six bedrooms and eight full bathrooms, the home sports luxe features like a double-height foyer complete with a floating staircase, a formal dining room with a built-in aquarium, and a large great room that’s perfect for entertaining.
The kitchen is outfitted well too, with a large center island and top-of-the-line appliances. However, guests might tend to gravitate toward the office/library space with gold and platinum records hanging on the wall or even to the media lounge with its fireplace and wet bar.
Outside, the future residents will find plenty of space to relax with a large covered patio complete with an outdoor kitchen, an oval swimming pool, and park-like grounds with a playground, a gazebo, a koi pond, and a chicken coop.
Gardner began as a tour coordinator for bands like Kiss and the Grateful Dead, but he eventually moved on to artist management and found success doing so.
