Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez helped lead the then-Florida Marlins to a World Series Championship in his lone season with the team back in 2003, but it wasn’t until recently that one of his former houses sold for $19 million.

The 14-time All-Star catcher owned the home from 2001 to 2006, when he offloaded the property for $8.05 million. Measuring in at 12,600 square feet, the 9-bedroom, 13-bathroom Mediterranean-style home boasts 175 feet of water frontage and a completely unique floorplan with plenty of courtyard spaces.

The property also boasts luxe features like a custom iron staircase, a media room, a 1,000-bottle wine cellar, a children’s playground, and a stunning gourmet kitchen. Also, in 2015 Crestron and Lutron wired the home for smarthouse integration.
