Simon Fuller—the English artist manager, entrepreneur and television producer who’s parlayed the Idol brand into a worldwide phenomenon—is at it again, re-listing his Los Angeles mansion for a third time in as many years. This time, he’s lopped quite a chunk off the price: it’s down more than $5 million from his 2014 ask of $21.5 million. For a mere $15.9 million, you too can now live like an idol—or at least an idol-maker.

Located on nearly a full acre at the end of a Beverly Hills cul de sac, not far from Rodeo Drive and the famed Beverly Hills Hotel, the 8,000-square-foot home features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a style that elegantly transitions between traditional and modern sensibilities. A series of grass-topped steps leads from the Marmol Radziner-designed pool to the white brick-fronted multi-level main home. Amenities inside include a media center with its own wet bar, a wine cellar and tasting room, an eat-in granite kitchen, and a home office, gym and sauna, but the centerpiece is the sleek floating staircase: a seamless spiral that could be straight out of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Guggenheim design.

French doors abound, offering master bedroom access to a private terrace as well as access to the grounds from the dining room and media center (which is, naturally, equipped with blackout curtains for viewing purposes).

Fuller’s first international success came as manager of the Spice Girls. He is currently partnered with David Beckham—notably the husband of Spice alum Victoria Beckham—on a venture that would bring a Major League Soccer team to the city of Miami.
