“Once Upon a Time” actress Ginnifer Goodwin has just received $1.675 million for her Whitley Heights-area home in Los Angeles.

Goodwin’s home sold for $276,000 more than the asking price, which isn’t too much of a surprise since the home has been owned by several celebrities. In fact, Goodwin bought the home from Busy Phillips, who purchased it from Rachel Bilson, who bought it from Rose McGowan.

Known as the Theodore Wright Jr. House, the two-story residence was built in 1923 and is 2,204 square feet. Inside, there are plenty of amenities befit of its past celebrity owners like dark wood floors, modern fixtures, patterned wallpaper, French doors, and a step-down living room.

The chef’s kitchen is luxurious too, with updated dark wood cabinetry, sealed brick floors, Waterworks fixtures, and a den and breakfast area nearby.

Outside, the new owner will enjoy an outdoor dining area and a sunken fire pit. Most of all, though, the buyer should love the master suite with its clawfoot tub, steam shower, and French doors leading out to a covered deck with views of the canyons.

Goodwin is most recognized for her roles on HBO’s “Big Love” and ABC’s “Once Upon a Time,” but she recently lent her voice as Judy Hopps in the animated hit “Zootopia.”
