Supermodel Irina Shayk purchased a two-bedroom condo at 150 Charles Street in NYC just a few months ago, and now the Russian model is leasing the unit for $20,000 a month.

Shayk’s most recent move shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise seeing as the model spoke to Vanity Fair about her interest in real estate back in 2013.

“So I prefer to invest my money in real estate because you can never go wrong with that,” said Shayk.  “And as far as investment opportunities go, 150 Charles—home to celebs like Bon Jovi and Ben Stiller, and known for the layers of secrecy and exclusivity surrounding it—is a good one.”

A few years later, she secured a unit in the celeb-filled building herself, and it’s certainly a luxurious one. Thoughtfully crafted, the 2,000-square-foot condo features walls of windows and a landscaped terrace.

Additionally, the master bedroom is quite large and holds three closets, a separate dressing area, and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a custom double vanity, white marble, and radiant heated floors.

There’s also the formal dining room, chef’s kitchen, and a good-sized second bedroom to boast about too.
