Natalie Morales of the “Today Show” is making headlines herself with the purchase of a new Brentwood, California, home for $6.8 million.
The NBC anchor’s new digs are nestled behind privacy gates and sports an East Coast aesthetic with a mix of traditional and contemporary styling. Morales will enjoy gray-painted brickwork and bright white siding on the exteriors, while all 7,020 square feet of interior space establish their own style.
Clad with luxe fixtures, French iron doors, and light wood floors, the new home boasts a deep blue library/den complete with built-in bookshelves and a chef’s kitchen with an oversized island. There’s even a unique wine wall that’s set within tempered glass near the formal dining room.
The home holds six bedrooms and 5.25 bathrooms, but the master suite steals the show with a boutique-inspired closet, a fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the grounds. The backyard is certainly something to behold with lush lawns, a terrace patio with an outdoor fireplace, an al fresco dining area, and a rectangular swimming pool and spa.
Morales has recently moved to L.A. to anchor for the West Coast NBC morning show and to co-host “Access Hollywood” and “Access Hollywood Live.” Her Hoboken, New Jersey, home is currently pending sale after being listed for $3.1 million in June.
