Everything’s coming up roses for Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. The power couple—who are new parents, after Teigen gave birth to a daughter, Luna, in April—have sold their Nolita apartment at 374 Broome Street for a cool $3.995 million.

The two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment was previously featured on the cover of Architectural Digest, and it’s not hard to see why. It boasts cast-iron columns, exposed brick, heated wooden floors, a gas fireplace, electric blinds, a Control4 smart home system, and an open chef’s kitchen—which, presumably, Teigen made the most of when working on her New York Times-bestselling cookbook, Cravings, published in February.

Teigen and Legend purchased the nearly 2,000-square-foot apartment in 2012 for $2.55 million, so they’ve made a tidy profit with this sale. The envy-inducing couple’s profile has only grown in that time: in 2014, Teigen landed the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, and last year she became the co-host of Spike TV’s Lip Sync Battle, alongside rapper LL Cool J. Meanwhile, all Legend was doing was adding to his stack of awards, winning the 2015 Golden Globe and Academy Awards for Best Original Song for “Glory,” from the Selma soundtrack. He also released his biggest hit yet, “All of Me,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks in 2014. The song was a love balled dedicated to Teigen. Maybe the couple needed more room for all their hardware.
