Bang & Olufsen has crafted a variety of high-end speakers over the years, but now it seems that the brand is focusing more on the headphone market. B&O’s new Beoplay H5 Wireless ear buds certainly don’t disappoint.

The creation of the Beoplay H5 is pretty special, as the set is the company’s first wireless earphones. The H5 buds are simply designed with a single braided cable connecting the buds. Even though they’re quite small, they come with a built-in remote with playback and volume control for easy listening.

B&O took inspiration from their iconic speakers when choosing the materials for the cable’s design, which explains why it’s so comfortable and easy to clean. The H5s also boast magnets that help the earbuds to cling together when not in use, a connection that automatically powers them down.

Perfect for a workout, Beoplay H5 is water and dust resistant, and thanks to 50 mAh batteries in each earpiece, the H5 is able to offer up to five hours of sound production. Wearers can also be sure that the sound quality is up to par, as the earbuds sport 6.4 mm dynamic speakers and a Bluetooth 4.2 chip.

Available for $268, the high-end earbuds also come with a companion app for creating different sound profiles and monitoring battery life.
