The Peach State’s most expensive listing is now on the market, and it might look familiar.

Atlanta’s priciest megamansion is available for $18.8 million and acted as the location for many of the scenes in “Zombieland.” Referred to by one of the listing agents as a “mini Versailles,” it might be as luxurious as the French palace itself.

The nine-bedroom, 12-bathroom Mediterranean-style manse stretches to 24,861 square feet and boasts unique spaces like a theater with plush red chairs, a ventilated cigar den, and a luxe 10-person table in the dining room.

Other features include two gyms, a massage room, a beauty salon, a sauna, two wine cellars, three outdoor kitchens, and a recording studio. Designed for hosting friends and family, there’s even space to park more than 100 cars in the driveway.

What’s even better is that the house is available turn-key, so it comes completely furnished with all the accents that make it so unique, as well as at least 125 appliances.

Originally constructed in the early 1900s, the estate was renovated in 2008 with unique luxury accents like wood cabinetry from Canada, imported European and Jerusalem stonework, mosaics from Italy, Moroccan hardwood flooring, and ornate moldings in each room.
