The Los Angeles home of popular designer Barbara Barry has just sold for $7.85 million.

What makes this particular Beverly Hills sale so unique is that it was listed fully furnished with custom designs from the home furniture and textile designer herself, and those details surely added to the value of the villa-style house.

Barry, who formed her company—Barbara Barry Inc.—in 1985, owned the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home for nearly a decade and spent that time personalizing it with her own unique style. The new owners will surely enjoy the luxe, light-colored interiors, moldings, refined textures, and decorations that give the 5,000-square-foot home personality.

Even though the house was first listed unfurnished in May for $6.995 million, the buyers certainly took note of the furniture specially designed for the space. Some of those unique spaces include a library, family room, and a chef’s kitchen with a marble-covered island.

The designer’s master suite also stuns with an office, a marble fireplace, a hidden walk-in closet, and a bathroom with views of the surrounding grounds. Those views are certainly beautiful with formal lush landscaping, patios, and an oval swimming pool.
