When Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker sold her Washington Square-area co-op back in 2013, she got a cool $7.45 million. Three years later, the Greenwich village duplex has changed hands again, and it’s back under celebrity ownership. Late Night host Seth Meyers just spent $7.5 million for the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home for his growing family. Meyers and his wife Alexi will now have 3,200 square feet for themselves, their greyhound Frisbee and their newborn baby Ashe.

Described in the listing as a “Hamptons house in the sky,” the 10-room, two-story home has a welcoming, airy design and gets plenty of light thanks to 32 windows. Venetian plaster walls and white beamed ceilings play against dark wood floors and accents—most strikingly on the staircase.

A pair of wood-burning fireplaces in the exact same spot helps lend some continuity between floors—on the first story, it’s in the formal dining area, while the area above it is set up as a sort of lofted den.

An L-shaped chef’s kitchen has white cabinets with metal hardware and the requisite stainless steel appliance haul, and among the bedrooms is one done up in elephant wallpaper and a master suite that includes an impressive walk-in closet with custom shelves.

Meyers spent 13 years as the main writer and a cast member on Saturday Night Live before making the jump to weeknight programming at Late Night. Among his career achievements are hosting duties at the 66th Oscar ceremony in 2014 and as the keynote speaker at the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.
