Aston Martin introduced its Vanquish Zagato in May on the banks of Italy’s Lake Como. Now the stunning coupe has made another appearance in convertible form, but this time at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
Sporting British proportions with true Italian design flair, the vehicle truly is bold and elegant. The Vanquish Zagato Volante takes the top off the original sleek and sporty supercar, but even without the “double bubble” top, it’s still striking.
Just like its hardtop counterpart, the Volante sports a naturally aspirated 6.0-liter V12 engine that’s able to produce 592 horsepower. This pushes the supercar from zero-to-60 mph in only 3.7 seconds, which is just a bit slower than the fixed-roof version.
Accents like a gaping grille, Vulcan-style LED taillights, and side strakes above the front wheels meet with personalization options to establish the vehicle as undeniably luxe. Available in a limited production run of 99 units, customers can expect deliveries of the Vanquish Zagato Volante next year.
