At this point, the Kardashian-Jenner sisters should just open their own real estate company. After several multi-million dollar purchases from the reality-star family this year, youngest sister Kylie Jenner has just purchased another Los Angeles manse for $4.5 million.

After shelling out $10,000-a-night on her Airbnb in the Caribbean for her birthday, the businesswoman and media mogul bought herself a slightly more expensive gift. Located in the celeb-filled Hidden Hills, California, area, Jenner’s new home stretches to 5,580 square feet and holds five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The home is set on three acres of land and boasts a theater room, a pool and spa, and a four-car garage. With all those features, it’s surprising that Jenner was able to buy the home for $4.5 million, as the ranch-style estate was listed for $4.9 million.

Kylie will reportedly be using the new property as more of a home office. That’s certainly a possibility as she owns another mansion on the same street that she purchased in May for $6 million.
