Hollywood it-girl and Golden-Globe winner Jennifer Lawrence has just unloaded her Los Angeles starter condo for $1.15 million.

Nominated this year for the 2015 flick “Joy,” Lawrence recently set her sights on selling her old digs. Located in Santa Monica, California, the condominium sold for just a hair under its $1.169 asking price, but it shouldn’t be too big of a deal as the actress paid $879,000 for the two-story townhouse-style condo back in August of 2006.

The 1,413-square-foot condo holds two bedrooms and 2.5 baths and seems like it was the perfect home for the actress who had yet to hit it big in “Winter’s Bone.” However, it’s certainly luxurious with tons of recessed lighting fixtures, wide-plank hardwood floors, a direct-entry two-car garage, a gas fireplace, and washer/dryer hookups, just to name a few.

Lawrence surely enjoyed the set of glass sliders in the dining area that open to a private fenced patio and the well-equipped U-shaped kitchen complete with slab granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and raised panel cabinetry.

It seems that the star hasn’t actually lived in the condo in quite some time, as she purchased a spectacular $8.225-million Beverly Hills home after making it big in the “Hunger Games” and “X-Men” series films.
