The late singer-songwriter Natalie Cole made a big impact on the music industry by winning nine Grammys, and now Angelenos have the chance to be a part of that history. Cole’s former Los Angeles condo is currently available for a bit under $3 million.

The late American musician and daughter of the great Nat King Cole was the proud owner of the two-unit condo in the 21-story Grand Westwood high-rise. Located along the Wilshire Corridor, Cole purchased the nearly 3,600-square-foot unit on the building’s 10th floor in 2003.

With four bedrooms and four baths, the condominium is accented with beige marble floors, an open-plan main living area, and a chandelier-clad dining area. The future owner will also enjoy a breakfast bar that separates the dining area from the updated kitchen and glass sliders that open to a covered terrace with panoramic city and mountain views.

The R&B queen’s former master is luxe, too, with a custom walk-in closet, a bathroom with a two-person jetted tub, a sitting area, and glass sliders leading to a private balcony.

Cole passed just last year of congestive heart failure at the age of 65.
