The price of Joel Kinnaman’s Hollywood Hills West home has just been reduced. The “Suicide Squad” star has lowered the asking price on his updated Mediterranean from $2.795 million to $2.35 million.

Kinnaman, who played tactical expert Rick Flagg in the summer blockbuster, is surely hoping to unload the multilevel home now that the price has been lowered. Although it was first built in 1977, the home has since been renovated with oak hardwood floors, walls of glass, and white-walled interiors.

Additional features of the three-bedroom, three-bath residence include a stunning living room with a corner fireplace complete with a polished concrete hearth, an updated kitchen, and a master suite with a walk-in closet and a bathroom accented with tumbled stone.

Even though the home stretches to more than 2,500 square feet, the future buyer might be tempted to stay outdoors and enjoy the sitting areas, lawns, lush landscaping, brick patios, and a square-shaped swimming pool. Residents also have views of the ocean and downtown cityscape.
