Pro football player Chris Johnson has just sold his Brentwood, Tennessee, home for $1,124,900.
Since Johnson recently re-signed with the Arizona Cardinals, it looks like it’s been a lucrative few months for the 30-year-old running back who purchased the home in 2008, which was the same year he began his NFL career.
Drafted by the Tennessee Titans, Johnson took his time listing the property that was remodeled at the time of purchase. One of its greatest features is the private location at the top of a hill, but with five bedrooms spread across 7,621 square feet, it’s also luxurious in its own right.
The home sports a large eat-in kitchen, five fireplaces, a four-car garage, a large backyard pool, and a basement complete with a small kitchen, office, and exercise room. Additional features like a grand foyer and the home’s undeniable Southern charm add value to the three-time Pro Bowler’s property.
Johnson re-signed with the Cardinals in March under a $3 million one-year contract. He was a Titan from 2008 to 2013 and has also spent time on the New York Jets.
