Beauty queen turned actress Ali Landry has just listed her Los Angeles home for $2.395 million.
Landry’s house is back on the market for at least the third time since 2013, so it’s clear the star is hoping to unload the three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that she purchased in 2004 for $1,099,000. First listed in May of 2013 with a $1.925 million price tag, it was later listed again for $1.945 million.
The 1920s Spanish-style residence stretches to roughly 3,200 square feet across three floors. It’s styled with original iron accents, elaborate tile work, and a variety of stained glass windows. Of course, imported terra-cotta tile floors and ashy brown hardwood floors add a luxe aesthetic.
A barrel-vaulted coved ceiling and fireplace complete with a chunky wood beam mantelpiece and an adjoining sun porch with built-in bookshelves also give the home a warm personality of its own. Those accents are also matched by an attached, studio-style apartment that’s perfect for guests.
Out back, there’s also a landscaped courtyard-style backyard that sports a 5-foot deep, 20-person spa/fountain.
The former Miss USA title holder caught her big break as the “Doritos Girl” in a 1998 Super Bowl commercial and is now married to Mexican-born filmmaker Alejandro Monteverde.
