Long before Jay Z and Beyonce, Gloria and Emilio Estefan put music industry power couples on the map. The Miami royals, with an estimated worth between $500 million and $700 million, are looking to move on from the 58,332-square-foot corner lot in one of Miami’s most exclusive neighborhoods: Star Island. After failing to find a buyer last year, they’ve relisted the ritzy pad for $37 million.

Featuring about 240-feet of Biscayne Bay frontage, “Nena’s Villa” features a 2-story, four-bedroom, five-bath Floridian villa with a number of open verandas. Also included in the compound is a three-bedroom, three-bath guest house.

The grounds feature plenty of lush tropical foliage, a resort-style pool and spa and a private dock, as well as a circular brick drive leading to a covered walkway jutting from the home’s whitewashed façade.

The white theme continues inside, where you’ll find a tiled living area with white built-ins and ceiling-height window installations, a vaulted kitchen with white beam ceilings, a formal dining room and a sunroom.

The 6,500-square-foot main house was first built in 1940 and has undergone massive renovations by the Estefans. Until recently, they’ve been renting the home and guest house out for a combined $75,000 a month. Among the property’s notable Star Island neighbors are Sean “Diddy” Combs, eccentric mega-developer Thomas Kramer, billionaire Philip Frost (namesake of the Miami Museum of Science) and Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her plastic surgeon husband Leonard.

Gloria Estefan came to fame as the singer in Latin band Miami Sound Machine, gaining international recognition with the 1985 hit “Conga.” Emilio was the band leader and a music producer, and reportedly Gloria’s first boyfriend ever. They have combined for 26 Grammy Awards and are the first Hispanics to own a minority stake in an NFL team, the Miami Dolphins. Their permanent home is just a few houses down at 39 Star Island.
